AI Content Policy

You shall not input, upload, submit, or otherwise make available any content, materials, or information provided under this Agreement or included in your course access plan (collectively, "Protected Content") to any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, large language model, neural network, or similar technology (collectively, "AI Systems"), whether for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, analysis, summarization, reproduction, or any other purpose. This prohibition includes, without limitation, inputting Protected Content into publicly available AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar services), privately hosted AI models, or any automated system that processes text, images, audio, or other data using machine learning techniques. Any violation of this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall result in immediate termination of all licenses granted hereunder, without refund and additional potential legal action.
